HR Prop
Dear friends,

Good Afternoon!

After a long break, I am back with you... 😄
I know that I will get a good and valuable response from all of you as always. 😇
So here we go... 💡

Being in HR, one of the most crucial areas of our work is recruitments. We are all facing a problem with hiring the right candidate at the right time.

My purpose behind starting this topic is to help those people who get rejected in interviews because they do not match our expectations.

Dear friends, it's my request to all of you to share your experiences with recruitment and your minimum expectations from candidates appearing in interviews. This post will help many people who are struggling to get a job simply because they lack an understanding of what is required to crack the final and most important interview round, i.e., the "HR INTERVIEW ROUND."

Regards,
