I am working as an HR in a BPO where many undergraduates are employed. Sometimes, they ask for a work proof letter that they need to present in their college to justify their absence.

Just give them an Experience letter with the clause explaining the reason why the company is issuing this letter to him/her. I am enclosing the same for your information. :)
