I am working as an HR executive in an IT company with 25 people. On 3rd October 2008 we are celebrating our 8th Anniversary. We have also invited the families of the employees. This will be a formal program. Starting with welcome speech then CEO will address the employees, award ceremony to the senior most people their speech and then DJ party and dinner. Everything is being organised by me. Now I have been asked to host this program and I am really confused how to do it as I don't have any previous experience in this. I don't have any stage fear as in past during my college times I have participated in many presentation competitions. But this hosting thing is really new to me.
As this the 1st event of its kind organised by me I don't want to let me down. Pls. guide me some tips on how to host is wonderful and make this event memorable.
