Hiring a PR Professional: What Interview Questions Should I Ask?

Can anybody tell me what the interview procedure for a PR profile is? I am working as an HR professional and want to hire a PR person for our organization. Although I have a set PR job description, I still do not have in-depth knowledge about PR functions.

Please provide me with specific questions related to PR, case studies, or anything that I can use during the interview.
