I want to terminate one of my employee on grounds of performance by giving one month notice. Please any body help me by posting the required format of the letter.

One of the CiteHR memeber was looking out for termination letter for the following reason.
Due to current market scenario and subsequent consequences with regards to handing over "Pink slip" or laying off employees.:mad: This has become a general trend.:huh:
her organisation tends to do the same so she needs a smaple letter for the same.

I want know the format of the termination letter for Marketing Executive whose performance is good but due to changes in skim & his behavior we want to terminate him.
