I am planning to start a Manpower Consultancy Firm. I need to prepare a Company profile. Please guide me on how to prepare a profile so that when I meet clients I can pass on the same. I specialize in automotive, engineering, finance, and IT sectors.

What should be the format so that I can easily fill in the information? Please help! It's very important to me, and I would be grateful to you all!
