This is really a very good initiative to interact with professional (preferably in the same region).
I have been a regular member of CiteHR (earlier acting with another login). I don’t know how I missed the important discussion started by you. However, now I will be pleased to join the expert group in which we can enhance our knowledge on “Sharing and Learning” basis.

Present position/ Designation - Joint Manager (centrally taking care of legal and statutory compliance of various sub-contracts of the co.).
My concern is we already enhance the knowledge (related to various laws, compliances, queries, case study etc) in the Forum itself. But how we can interact (particularly the experts of Delhi and NCR) in a different way.
As per my opinion we should share our mob. No. as well and formed a “Whatsap” group (namely HR Expert-Delhi, NCR). I am already member of a group of same topics (all India members). But we can prepare a separate group for Delhi-NCR. I know some experts who can join us.
Though I took part very late, may be many members non-active now. Still it will be a good start with experienced associates and new talents.
