The content is well-thought-out and communicated effectively. My suggestions are:

1. Point No. 2 in the Rules and Regulations - Clarification on Management courses. Are Hotel Management, Library Management, and various other management students expected to participate?

2. Can you assign a name for each venue, such as "Vizag zone" or something similar? This would make the participants feel like they represent a specific zone or region, which could motivate them.

3. Can the theme be clearly expressed in four slides?

4. Could the time allocation be divided to specify the duration for the presentation and Q&A session? Providing a time limit for the presentation would assist participants in practicing and managing their time effectively.
