Employee Engagement Activity Ideas

I work in a Contact Center for inbound calls for a major hotel chain and I need some ideas for different activities that I can incorporate into my employee engagement plan. Does anyboy have any ideas that work in a call center setting?

Hi ,
You can arrange a cost effective employee engagement activities like potluck event ( asking all employees to prepare a home food ) dine all the foods and that would be like a buffet lunch/ dinner ... Ask the HOD's or manages to take their team for lunch / dinner for a better rappot between the employees .
Create small events like cricket , badminton , indoor like chess and karrom . These things would deviate employee for few minutes and thier would be good employee morale toward the company .

Celebration of Employees Birthday ,Conducting training programs,Picnic at regular intervals, Movie at interval of 2 or 3 months, Indoor Games as well as Outdoor games, Employee of the month award etc.

I am working in a IT company. I need to know how can change friday into fun day so that employees wait for every friday? Please share your suggestions.
