I am student of MBA final year at ICFAI National College, JP Nagar, Bangalore.
I'm conducting a study on “WORK LIFE BALANCE OF WORKING WOMEN”. It is really useful to search CiteHR using keywords to see if there are any postings under the topic. Also, there is another forum on CiteHR where I have made some additional comments on a questionnaire.

To do the theory portion, you need to search the web for scholarly articles, read and digest the information in them, and then paraphrase them and put it in a logical order, with proper citation. Please see my post on Research methodology. Have a nice day.
