How Do I Create a Fair Salary Structure After a Job Evaluation? Seeking Advice!

Kindly advise on how I can best come up with a salary structure. A job evaluation was conducted three months ago, and now I have to develop a corporate salary structure with a minimum and maximum salary per grade. For example, the lowest-paid general worker earns Zim$28,000 per month. I would like to determine the maximum for this grade and continue the process for each grade.

Decide the number of years for which the employee works in a certain grade and also the reasonable increments in that period, maybe half-yearly or annually. Then you can automatically arrive at what should be the maximum pay in that grade.
