Need Help Choosing an HR Thesis Topic: What Would You Suggest and Why?

I am an MBA student in my last year, specializing in HR. I have to do my thesis on an HR topic. I request all respected citehr members to give me their suggestions on selecting a particular topic and why that topic only. Some topics that come to my mind are: Ergonomics and Performance Appraisal.
