Yes, online performance appraisal is done through software. I have seen it when I was undertaking an internship at Birla Copper. I can explain the concept by sharing the software. The software that was used was Poornata software.

Hi Mansi,

Either you buy a software by itself, or the software can be totally integrated into your existing software. In the case of web-enabled software, neither of the problems arises.
