gunjan.srivas4
Dear All,

Can anyone explain to me what statutory compliance is? Is it related to labor law? How and where can this term be used in the HR world? What is the relationship between PF and statutory compliance?

Thank you.

Dear Friend,

The meaning of statutory compliance is to comply as per the law, and it includes compliance under labor laws, taxation laws, commercial laws, etc. Labor law pertains to the field of HR as it is related to human resources. The PF is one of the statutes (laws) that need to be complied with.
