In our company, we conduct weekly meetings where we discuss the previous week's work completed by team members and plan for the upcoming week's agenda. I am responsible for taking minutes during these meetings. Could you please advise me if you have a template for weekly meetings that I can share with my team leads for them to fill out? This would greatly simplify the process for me.

Any case, you can make use of the attached Excel. Sheet 1 can be used for Recruitment, and Sheet 2 for just a Task Tracker. This is what I use. If anyone has a better template, please share that too. Hope this helps. Thanks, ~Raghav
