Salary Structure For Probation Period

Employee under probation period shoul also get the salary break ups am in delima.
Our Manager said not to prepare salary breakups until his probation period is complete

I believe that salary break up should be given when the person is being issued offer letter before joining and not during confirmation or after completing probation period. A well- formatted salary break up helps the candidate/new joinee to have better understanding of his gross, deductions and take home package.

your manager is worng in this respect.pls note what is the definition of porobationer.
A probationer is a woirkman who is employed to fill a vacancy in permanent post
and has not been confirmed as permanent by an order in writing.
it means we have to observe him for 6 months or whatever is probation period.
