How Can I Plan Diwali Activities That Boost Team Spirit and Fun at Work?

Can anybody guide me on what type of programs or competitions I can arrange in my organization on the occasion of Diwali? I am looking for activities that will not only entertain the employees but also enhance the feeling of team spirit among them.

You can arrange a few competitions such as Creative Rangoli, Workplace decor, funny storytelling with acting, some sher-o-shayari in teams, Company name Antakshari, and some ad-mad shows. Additionally, you can organize a Just a Minute game show.

Besides that, you can ask for suggestions from the employees themselves so that they feel a sense of belongingness.
