Please help. Where can I get a copy of all the forms required under the Factories Act?

The sample of all forms are available under the Factories Act RULES for the state, you can take the reference of the Rules of your states. Some common register which are maintained, form wise list of those are as under :

v Form 38 Report of examination of lifts and hoists.

Also please make a note that following is requirement under the ACT.

Ø Renewal of License on or before 31st December, of every year.

Ø Annual returns on or before 25th January, of every year.

Ø Periodical examination for lifting materials, chains, ropes lifting tackles, hoist. ( Form 38)
Ø Periodical testing of Utilities like,

v Compressors
v Boilers
v DG
v Revolving machines
v Pressure plants
v Humidication plants.
v Pollution testing certification.
v Transformers.

Can anyone please post the forms under the Factories Act, 1948? I need it urgently. It is required for Rajasthan. The forms are not available on rajlabour.nic.in.
