Hi Praveen,

Please find the shortcut to merge worksheets and make them completely white. Press Ctrl+A, then click on the merge cell icon in Excel.

Let me know if you need any further assistance.

Kindly share your email so I can forward the same Excel sheet to you.

Hi, Praveen,

Follow the steps below to remove the rows and columns in an Excel sheet:

1. Select the worksheet from which you want to clear the rows and columns.
2. Go to the "Tools" menu.
3. Select "Options."
4. Under the "View" tab, within the "Windows" options, choose to clear the gridlines.
5. You will achieve the desired result by following these steps.

I hope this solution works for you. Have a good day.

Asalamoalikum,

You can do it simply by clicking Tools in the Menu bar, then Option, and unchecking the grid lines option before clicking OK. You will find all of the sheet blank/white (without lines). In addition, you can insert borders from the Format to Cell option to draw lines wherever you want.

Hi Praveen,

In an Excel sheet, go to "Tools" in the Menu and click on it. Then you will find "Options," click on it, and you will see an options window. In the options window, click on the "View" tab.

In the view tab window, you will find options like "Show," "Comment," "Objects," and "Window Options." In the Window Options, just uncheck "Gridlines" and press "OK" button. Now your Excel sheet will become white as you requested. Give it a try.

To open Excel, navigate to the Tools menu. Click on View and deselect the gridlines option. This action will make your entire worksheet appear white without gridlines.

Hi Praveen,

You will get two ways to create a white paper in Excel:

1. If you are using version 2007, go to the View menu, then click the 'Show/hide' button, and untick the 'grid lines'. However, the cursor moves cell to cell.

2. Select the cells and merge the cells in whatever work area you want. The 'Merge' option is in the Home Menu. In this mode, the cursor moves like a Word document.

Please let me know if you need any further clarification or assistance.
