New to HR: How Do I Create Job Descriptions for Cinema Theatre Workers?

Dear all members,

I am a new person in this forum, being new in HR I certainly get scared when faced with new tasks. Looking at seniors here sharing knowledge, I am truly amazed. Hopefully, one day I will become as smart as you guys. Thanks in advance for CiteHR and for all the friendly members here.

Currently, I am preparing job descriptions for cinema theatre workers. Let me explain it shortly, the company is in the theatre/cinema industry. We purchased the latest Tamil movie from India and play it here in our country. Therefore, we have employees taking care of the theatre, putting the film, the ticket counter guy, and many other positions related to this industry.

This is a totally new industry to create job descriptions for me, and I hope members here would assist me with certain info for this task of mine.
