New to HR: How Do I Craft a Rejection Letter and Interview Survey?

macksblue
Hi,

I am new to this community and accidentally entered the HR field :D. Anyways, I need a format for a rejection letter (that doesn't explicitly state rejection) and also a survey for applicants to evaluate the entire interview process (interviewee's experience). Since I come from an operations background, my perspective may differ from traditional HR approaches, so I may not emphasize these aspects as much, considering they may not always align with standard practices in most companies. Nevertheless, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Mayank

Hi Raja,

Thank you so much for your prompt reply. The purpose of this letter is to express our interest in retaining the individual even if they are not selected for the current position, with the hope of considering them for any future requirements. We aim to avoid outright rejection and keep the communication open for potential opportunities.

Is there anything specific you would like to discuss regarding this matter?

Thanks,
Mayank
