Want Some Suggestions

hi,
this is misbah here. i am from mumbai. right now i m doing my MBA in HR from gahlot institute of management from mumbai univercity. in our collage we have campus placement but i want to go offcampus also because i don't think so that i'll get a good one here.. although i am a fresher. so what should i do to get placement in a corporate? do i need to have any attractive CV.? if yes thn what type of CV?
please help me because i have only 1 month to have placement.

i need a clarification rergarding the bonous calculation
in the f.y.2006 -07 i joined the company starting witha salary of Rs.12340/-P/m CTC
my basic salary is Rs.5500/-
iam not eligible for bonous as per the bonous act
pls any body tell what is the ceiling limit for the bonous calculation for the f.Y. 2006 -07 & 2007 -2008

I am sanjay dhake basically from Maharashtra currently working at silvassa as a HR Executive i started my career working as a contract labour and i have completed my B.Com (Correspondence Course from YCMOU - Nasik) this year.
I want suggestion from all HR seniors that doing MBA in HR from symbiosis is better or not.
