I am currently working with an IT company and planning to move to Canada. I have a total of 2.5 years of experience in the HR field and am seeking guidance on how I should prepare a compelling CV to apply for jobs there.
Let me brief you about my profile in the current company. We have three offices in India, and our main office is in Noida where I am placed. I am responsible for Recruitment, PF activities, attendance, full and final settlement of employees, policies (medical and life insurance provided to employees), leave record maintenance, personal records management, issuance of all types of letters, etc.
In short, I am not only responsible for the employees in Noida but also for all the other locations. I report to the Company Secretary as we do not have an HR Manager.
Since this is quite urgent, I would appreciate your guidance on the same or if you could provide me with a sample CV.
