Ø Maintenance & record of office Stationary
Ø Cleanliness of office equipments & premises, House keeping
Ø Dealing with travel agents for ticketing (Domestic & international)
Ø Sourcing and negotiating with the vendors to get the best possible quotations.
Ø Renewal of contracts, AMC of contracts, Bills verification, Bills certification, Followup of Bills.
Ø Forwarding details of all expenses to the Accounts department
Ø Coordinate with Accounts department for various payments to vendors
Ø Purchasing stationary and other materials for office
Ø Security, A/C, Fire Fighting and Electrical maintenance
Ø Regular physical verification of office assets.
Ø Dealing with Hotel Accommodation whenever there is a visit.
Ø Ensuring that the workplace is safe and secure environment. Conducting safety inspection and maintaining safety records.
Ø Responsible for the VISA processing of the employees.
Ø Responsible for cost reduction on monthly expenses.
Ø Submitting various monthly / weekly admin reports to the management.
