Navigating Labor License Challenges as a Subcontractor: How Do We Proceed?

Dear Seniors,

We have been subcontracted to work at a site. We are deploying more than 20 employees, thereby requiring a labor license. However, the principal employer has only given Form V to the contractor (main). The principal employer has also submitted Form II mentioning the contractor's name alone.

What will be the procedure for us to obtain the labor license? Please provide your valuable suggestions on how to proceed.
