Dear All Cite Members,
Being part of a Financial Services Company, We at the HR Department, as a part of Employee Care & Communication are planning to start an Initiative wherein we would be communicating to Employees at all levels across the country in Branches,etc. about Some Employee Policies (e.g. Leave, Travel, Reimbursements,etc.) in innovative ways with diagrams, snapshots, etc.
Apart from policies we are looking for other IDEAS/ INITIATIVES we can undertake which come under Employee Care & Communication through EMAILERS.
Could you please help me with some ideas.
