Seeking Creative Ideas for Engaging Employee Communication on Policies and More

Dear All Cite Members,

As part of a Financial Services Company, we at the HR Department, as a part of Employee Care & Communication, are planning to start an initiative wherein we will be communicating to employees at all levels across the country in branches, etc., about some employee policies (e.g., leave, travel, reimbursements, etc.) in innovative ways with diagrams, snapshots, etc.

Apart from policies, we are looking for other ideas/initiatives we can undertake that fall under Employee Care & Communication through emailers. Could you please help me with some ideas?

I think it's a great initiative to show care and concern for the employees. Consider creating a monthly newsletter that includes achievements of the staff, training tips, innovations in the market, stress management tools, etc. You can also invite interested staff members to contribute ideas/thoughts on the topic of the month. This will help build better relations between the company and its employees.

Hi,
