Seeking Help: How to Present the Latest Trends in Employee Relations and Labor Laws?

I am required to make a presentation on Employee Relations to the group of HR colleagues. The topic would cover Management Action (Disciplinary Action) Compliance (statutory compliance). I, therefore, request a presentation on the above, which would deal with the latest trends in labor laws, changes in statutory provisions, etc. I request the members to help and provide me with any information they have.
