Conveyance & Transport At The Same Time

Hi,
I am deciding the salary breakup of whole time director. I giving the fixed conveyance allowance in monthly salary which is exempt up Rs. 800 p.m. and at the same i providing the transport facility by hiring the motor car.
Can we give Conveyance through monthly salary and Transport facility through CTC at the same time?

You cannot give conveyance allowance of Rs.800 per month , if the director is already availing benefit of Actual bills of petrol reimbursenment.
