Understanding P.F. Schemes for Industrial Workers: Can You Share Your Insights?

This is Sheeks working as an HR executive in a manufacturing concern. Just joined the forum though I have been a regular visitor to the Citeman HR site. I am looking for general guidelines and rules regarding P.F. Schemes for industrial workers and their applicability. Can anyone help me with this...:?::)

1. P.F is applicable to industrial organizations from the 1st day of joining the duties.
2. Nomination form No.2 has to be filled out by the concerned employee, and he has to be allotted a P.F No.
3. P.F monthly contributions return has to be deposited in a nationalized bank by the 15th of every month.
4. P.F Monthly return has to be submitted to the Regional P.F Commissioner by the 21st of every month.
5. A ledger of P.F members has to be maintained.
6. Annual P.F Return of contributions has to be submitted by March 31.
