Seeking Ideas for Free Recreational Activities in a Large Industrial Setting

Dear All,

I am working in a large heavy industrial product manufacturing industry. We have just transitioned from personnel to HRD. However, my management is currently unwilling to invest money in recreational activities. Therefore, I would like to know if there are any recreational activities that do not require any financial investment and that I can initiate as well.

I suggest you conduct some sort of management games which would really help you. Playing games will not cost you much money. I personally did the same thing in my organization and believe I really got a very good response from my management as well as my employees. You can find a lot of games in this forum itself.
