When an employee newly joins an organization, he has to undergo the joining formalities, which include filling the joining report, biodata details, etc. Similarly, when an employee quits an organization, he has to fulfill the exit formalities like KT - proper knowledge transfer to the person assigned by the organization, handing over the ID cards, access cards, any books borrowed from the office library, and finally, the duly filled exit interview form.
