The cheapest way of recruitment varies from Org. to Org. An Organization might have only one efficient recruiter and only one portal or database or employee refereals etc., My opinion one would not be able to say i am using the cheapest mode of recruitment as it is purely depends on the domain,size,turnover and amount of work.
We need to draw certain lines before we call it as cheapest way of recruitment, which may be too short to explain in an email or posting.
