i have newly joined in a company in which returns from 01.10.2007 till today are pending.
Whether to fill form 6 or form 5

Maharashtra professional tax slab has been changed with effect from 1st July, 2014.
Only change is that now professional tax is NIL till 7500 instead of 5000, so Revised Professional Tax Slab as follows:-
For Monthly Salary / Wages from Rs. 1 to Rs. 7500 Prof. Tax will be Rs. Nil
from Rs. 7,501 to Rs. 10,000 then Prof. Tax is Rs. 175/- per month &
Salary more than Rs. 10,000 then Prof. Tax is Rs. 2,500/- per year. (March to Jan Rs. 200/- per month and Feb Rs. 300/- per month).
