I know somebody who has recently joined a organisation from where because of some family issues he wants to resign & join a firm near his home. He is still under probation. But the current employer is not giving relieving letter even after my friend is ready to pay for the notice period.Instead wants him to serve the notice period.And the new employer wants relieving letter as well to join before expiry of notice period.This person wants to leave the current organisation only because of family problems.
