Seeking Guidance on Learning Oracle HR: Where to Study and Find Resources?

Talking about Oracle HR, does any senior know how to study for it? I haven't seen any university offering such studies, so where to go for this training? Also, seniors, could you please guide me to any good introductory Oracle HR book? Can I download some demos from any website?

As of now, I have not heard anything like Oracle HR as such. But there are people who do Oracle apps, HR module after finishing their MBA HR. That is generally to become a consultant to others. To do that, one should have the knowledge of Oracle basics. Regarding the demos and details, maybe log on to the official website of Oracle.

Just saw your query. Well, in the first place, it's not Oracle HR, it's HRMS - Human Resource Management System. You can find more details on their website oracle.com. HRMS has many modules ranging from recruitment to payroll. You do not need to study any Oracle basics because you aren't coding the software. I will be going to Oracle tomorrow as I am working on a project in HRMS. However, I can send you links if I find any. Do a Google search if you just want basic information. All the best.
