Activities For Listening Skills

Hi

I am looking for activities on listening skills. I have found lots of PPTs on the content part. The activities that I found were variations of 'debate', 'Chinese whispers' and 'guess the picture/word'.

I need activities that can be used for professionals with 1-5 years of experience in different roles.

Any help would be appreciated.
