This is my summer project at Godfrey Phillips India Ltd. in Andheri. The attached folder contains redesigned need assessment forms, feedback form, evaluation form, and their versions. It also includes the existing copies of the need assessment, training calendar, plan, feedback, and evaluation forms currently used in the company. Additionally, a newly designed form for managers and above is also attached.
