The article deals with recent trends in the market since the start of the 21st century, the challenges in front of HR professionals, most of which have been faced by us and the rest that we may face in the coming years. The focus is more on the knowledge industry and the changing roles of HR professionals in this industry, or rather in every industry, as highly skilled and learned people are now working everywhere.
