I would like to know the following about OD:
1. What educational qualifications and work experiences should one have to get into OD? Does having a background in behavioral training help in making a career in OD?
2. What are trends and the areas of focus (in India)?
3. Is there any OD theory that has been created/ used specific for Asian countries?
4. Which organizations in India use assessment centers and have a fairly strong organizational development function (as a separate department or as a part of some other department)?
5. Which institutes in India teach OD (not just as a part of Industrial/ Organizational/ Applied Psychology)? I know only about the Centre of Organizational Development (Hyderabad).
