EPF Break Up

Hi ,
I want to know the break up of 12% EPF.I also want to know the recent employee motivation trends when most employers are firing employees.

Thank uoy Deepthi and Bhardwaj.But i still have one question unanswered i.e the recent trends to improve employee motivation. most companies have team outings and on site opportunities etc. I was asked in one of the interviews and the interviewer was not very convinced with the answers i'd given.Kindly help.

PF 12% will be deducted from Basic and remaining admin charges for PF 1.61% from where it will be deducted?

HLWW ...
1.61% will deduct from employer side.
PF admin charge A/C:2 =1.1%
EDLI admin charge A/C:21 =0.5%
EDLI charge A/C:22=0.01%
