Are Revenue Stamps Needed for Driver Salaries Over Rs. 5,000 in Any State?

I am new to this site and need some information on an urgent basis. I request all of you to please answer my below-mentioned query:

As per my understanding, we do not need revenue stamps on a driver's salary for up to Rs. 5,000.00. I need to know if there are states that do not require a revenue stamp on a driver's salary even if it is above Rs. 5,000.00.

I might be late in answering this question. However, if not you, it might be useful for others.

Revenue stamps, Driver's Salary Slip, and Driver's license are mandatory for claiming drivers' salary from the organization. The company reimburses approximately Rs. 1000 monthly for the same.
