Dear Sir, Ma'am,

I have to develop a Key Result Area (KRA) for my team. They are Senior Executives. We are a team of individuals who train the service delivery department of an insurance company. We develop content and also conduct trainings.

Please help.

Hello friend,

Consider the deliverables in terms of Quality, Cost, Time, and Service.

KRAs could read something like this:

1. Develop training module content in the area of .............. by September 2008.
2. Conduct Training of 5 batches of ............ by 30th October 2008.
3. Identify causes of delays in conducting training and reduce it by 10%.
4. Improve the feedback from participants on Program A from a 65% "Very Good" rating to a 75% "very good" rating.
5. Obtain feedback on the effectiveness of training conducted 2 months ago from superiors of the participants to understand usefulness and areas for improvement. Feedback should be collected for at least 25% of critical/important programs by 30th November. Analyze the feedback and develop improvement KRAs for the next quarter.
6. Prepare a method for calculating the cost of training by 30th November. Set a KRA to reduce this cost by 5% by the end of the next quarter.
7. Undertake training in the areas of a) ............. and b) to upgrade the latest developments in these areas by Dec '08. This is a self-development KRA and may include subject knowledge, communication skills, and computer skills.

These are just a few thoughts - hope these will be useful.

Nishikant
