How Do I Set Up an Effective HR Dashboard? Seeking Advice and Resources from the Community

I'm representing the Human Resource Department of a renowned organization. I wanted to gain insight on how to set up an HR dashboard. If somebody has a brief write-up or .xls for the same, I would be highly thankful.

Hi,

The dashboard has to be custom-built as per the requirements. The dashboard would primarily maintain an overview of the HR project, such as recruitment for a newly launched company and project, and would maintain data of all the events and tally of numbers across the country, company, project, etc. It primarily includes a RAG (Required, Available, and Gap) analysis. It may have breakdowns as required, for example, As of today, Year over Year, etc.
