There are many companies who provide many types of form after joining....so if you have any such forms , then you have to fill up those forms for the new joinee...at the time of joining you should collects all the xerox of his/her documents & photograph....you should give a look on all of his/her original documents also....beside that you should provide the induction training to the employee & should introduce him/her with the in-house employees of your organization.....
REgarding PF & ESI basically provided after completion of the probation perod, in that case you need not to fill up the forms for PF & ESI at that time... it can be done aftre completion of probation.....you should keep the xerox of the offer letter & appointment letter in your record.....As ESI is not applicable for those persons whose salary is greater than 10000, so in that case you have to fill up the form for Mediclaim or Cash free Medical facilities....
