Need Help Choosing a Final Semester Project Title for My MDBA Program!

I am doing my final semester in MDBA. I need to finalize my project title this week. Can anyone suggest to me in selecting my project title? I am working for a Research Institute. In my center, we have around 50 to 55 employees, and at the Head Office in Delhi, there are around 400 employees. The company has already prepared an HR Manual and other policies, etc. We frequently conduct seminars, training programs, and workshops. Can anyone suggest which project I can be involved in? Before giving any title, consider your knowledge of the basics of that subject. Then, consider your interest, the scope for strategic involvement, and finally, the edge that it can provide you with. Any title for which you have satisfactory answers to these questions should be okay. Good Luck,
