Hi friends,

I'm new to this site. Does anybody know any laws related to recruitment policies in India? Please reply to me regarding the same.

Dear Khushboo,

In the private sector, there is no specific law governing the recruitment of management employees. However, you can refer to the Employment Exchanges (Compulsory Notification of Vacancies) Act if needed. It's worth noting that this act is somewhat ineffective as the Employment Exchange lacks real authority.

In the government sector, there are reserved categories for recruitment, including:

- SC
- ST
- OBC
- PH
- Women (in some cases)
- Retired Military Men

Hey, that's right.

Can anyone help me with registering a company? I am planning to start a recruitment firm. I am finding it difficult to know the concerned government body where I have to register my company. Please help me with this.

I have tried to learn about domestic recruitments in India, and I did not come across any information regarding local laws or registration requirements. Can anybody help me understand the legal formalities I need to fulfill for local recruitment?
