I do not know about local vendors in Bangalore, but the global ones are Zicom, Bioenable, Honeywell, etc. Also, if your organization isn't too big (less than 150 to 500, with a low turnover of employees i.e. low attrition), you may try the biometric access control devices as they eliminate any proxies by the use of cards and are cost-effective as they use fingerprint technology for access control.
