We are in search of dynamic professionals for the position of
Human Resources Executive.

The job profile for the position will be as under:

A generalist HR profile, the person in the position will be responsible for the following:

• Recruitments - IT and Non-IT across all levels
• Issue offer, appointment, termination and relieving letters
• Handle induction and joining process of new employees
• Maintain employee relations and ensure grievances are resolved ASAP
• Assist Manager HR in performance appraisals
• Get involved in payroll and attendance management
• Assist Branch Manager in day-to-day administration
• Give inputs in update and formulation of HR and company policies

The desired candidate profile for the position would be:

• Graduate/PG with specialisation in HR
• In-depth understanding of various HR functions and systems
• At least one year of HR Generalist experience
• Background in IT and non-IT recruitments
• Burning desire to excel in HR
• Excellent command over English with exceptional communication skills
• Ability to handle stress and give results
• Sense of ownership towards work and company
