I request you to kindly provide me with the process and documents required for creating the ESIC subcode in different locations if the company is registered under ESIC in Mumbai. Additionally, can we obtain a new ESIC code for all locations instead of creating subcodes?

Hi,

To apply for the Sub code, you must fill out the Sub code application available at the Regional office in all states. The prerequisite documents required are the MOU and C11 copy.

Alternatively, you can obtain an ESIC code for another location, but you must present a different identity instead of a Branch. The entire process for obtaining the code is the same as the one you followed for the Head office (HO).
