How Can I Create an Effective Recruitment Benchmarking Questionnaire? Seeking Advice and Samples

I, as an HR professional, want to benchmark the recruitment process of my company with that of others. Therefore, I would like to prepare a questionnaire for this purpose. To proceed, I need to understand all the aspects that need to be considered in this process. Additionally, I would appreciate receiving a sample questionnaire related to this process.

It would be better for you to design a questionnaire and ask for developments, rather than asking the people to contribute in whichever way they like. Follow what I say to achieve better constructive results.

Hi, I would agree with Vinay. Why don't you look at your own requirements and then develop a questionnaire? Make sure you undertake as much reading as possible on the subject. Once the questionnaire is developed, you should share it with experts or friends for advice. This way, you could develop a better questionnaire.

It is better to give as much information about your organization as possible when seeking help. In the absence of such information, I suggest that you take a look at the following site: Recruitment and Selection Procedure Aug 07.pdf. It's a Recruitment & Selection Procedure document from a university. If you take the key steps and prepare a questionnaire to assess if those steps are being followed, you may be able to get somewhere.
